Dr. Prathamesh Pai was invited as the Keynote Speaker at the 11th National Conference of the Indian Academy of Otolaryngology and Head Neck Surgery (IAOHNS) held in Surat on 12th September – 14th September 2025.
Dr Prathamesh Pai delivered a keynote lecture on “Thyroid Cancers: Current State of the Art”, where he discussed the latest advances in the diagnosis and management of thyroid cancers, with a special focus on evidence-based surgical practices and modern treatment protocols.
Dr. Pai also contributed to the Skull Base Session, speaking on the Trans cribriform Approach for Sinonasal Tumours, highlighting minimally invasive endoscopic surgical techniques and their role in improving patient outcomes.
Additionally, he was appointed as the coordinator which focused on the foundation for Head Neck Oncology Session, which focused on the latest advances in the management of oral, thyroid, and parotid tumours, bringing together leading experts in the field for an engaging academic exchange.
The IAOHNS National Conference has always been a platform for exchanging knowledge, fostering collaboration, and shaping the future of head and neck surgery in India.
